Kiara’s expertise spans project management, policy development, and strategic planning. Throughout her career, she has consistently led large-scale, impactful projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of community service and operational efficiency. Her leadership roles at local government organisations, have seen her successfully manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate capital works, and spearhead key policy initiatives that prioritize inclusivity and active participation.

Holding a Master’s degree in Sport Management from Deakin University, Kiara continues to lead with a vision that balances innovation with practicality, always aiming to improve the well-being of the communities she serves through active recreation and strategic foresight.
